| The most common service asked for is our Freeze, Cut & Vacuum pack. This includes: Cleaning, Skinning, Cutting down to Pound Packages, Vacuum Packing in Heavy Duty Bags and Blast Freezing. We prepare your fish with you in mind, so that when you want your meal at home, all you have to do is pull it out of the freezer, rinse off and prepare as usual, with no cleaning and no mess! We also offer different combinations of our services such as, vacuum packing and freezing. And for those in a hurry who want to preserve their fish on ice choose cutting and vacuum packing. Also just Blast Freeze for those who like to package their own, but still want to enjoy the benefit of Blast Freezing. |
