| For salmon we do a range of services; the most common services asked for is our Fillet, Blast Freeze & Vacuum Pack Or Blast Freeze & Vacuum Pack. Lots of people mix & match other services to meet their needs. Such as just Filleting, or Steaking, Vacuum packing, etc. Another options is Freeze, Glaze and Sleeve, we blast freeze the fish first, then dip it into a glazing solution, put into a long thin bag called a sleeve. This preserves the fish for approximately 3 months in your freezer and it gives you a chance to smoke or can it at a later date and still have excellent fish to work with.
